What this site is

This is the working site of Yosef Shain, customweb studio, Caesarea, Israel. It shows what I do and how to reach me. It is not a public offer: nothing here obliges me to take a project, and nothing here sets a price.

How work begins

You write to me, we talk about what you need, and if we agree, we put the scope, the price and the dates in writing before anything starts. That written agreement, not this site, governs the work.

The words on this site

Phrases like a landing page in a day or a 3D site in two describe what is possible for a project of that size, not a promise for yours. Your dates are set in the agreement after I see the task.

What belongs to whom

• The design, the texts, the code and the 3D scene of this site are mine.
• The screenshots in the portfolio show sites I built for clients. The sites themselves belong to those clients and are shown as examples of my work.
• The fonts are Wix Madefor and Heebo, used under the SIL Open Font License 1.1. The licence text sits next to the font files.
• The 3D library is three.js, used under the MIT licence.

Copying this site, its texts or its code, in whole or in part, needs my written consent.

Links out

Where the site links to Instagram, Telegram, WhatsApp or a client site, that page is not mine and I do not answer for it.

Limits

The site is offered as it is. I keep it working and check it regularly, but I do not promise it will never be unavailable. Nothing on this page limits liability where the law does not allow it to be limited.

Law

These terms are read under the law of the State of Israel, and disputes go to the competent courts of Israel, unless our written agreement says otherwise.
