Who runs this site
This site belongs to Yosef Shain, working under the name customweb studio, based in Caesarea, Israel. I design and build websites myself. You can reach me at yusif188.h@gmail.com or at +972 53 592 49 58.
What is collected
Only what you type into the contact form on this site:
- Your name, required, so I know who I am answering.
- A few words about your project, required, so I can give a useful answer.
- A contact for a reply, optional: an email address or a phone number.
Nothing else is collected. This site sets no cookies, uses no local storage, and runs no analytics of any kind: no Google Analytics, no pixels, no visitor counters. Fonts and the 3D library are served from this site itself, so no outside company learns that you visited.
Why it is collected
To read your message and answer it. That is the only purpose. Your data is never sold, rented or passed to anyone for advertising, and you will not be added to any mailing list.
Giving it is voluntary
You are under no obligation to fill the form. If you would rather not, write to me directly on WhatsApp, on Telegram or by email: the same contacts are on the home page. Nothing on this site is closed to you if you skip the form.
Who else sees it
- FormSubmit (formsubmit.co), a form delivery service in the United States. It receives what you typed and passes it to my email. It is the only company your message goes through.
- Vercel (United States), the hosting of this site. Like any web server, it keeps technical logs that include IP addresses.
- Google Mail, because my email is there and your message arrives in it.
How long it is kept
Your message stays in my email for as long as the conversation is useful to either of us. Ask me to delete it and I will.
Your rights
You may ask what I hold about you, ask me to correct it, and ask me to delete it. Write to yusif188.h@gmail.com and I will answer within a reasonable time and free of charge. Under Israeli law these are the right of review and the right of correction, sections 13 and 14 of the Protection of Privacy Law, 1981.
Do Not Track
This site does not track anyone, in any way, so a Do Not Track signal from your browser changes nothing here. There is nothing to switch off.
Children
This site is not directed at children under 16 and I do not knowingly collect their data.
If this policy changes, the date at the top of the page changes with it. There is no archive of earlier versions: the page you are reading is the one in force.
